Our Story: From a Personal Hobby to Your Perfect Gift
Hi, I'm Josh, the founder and creator behind Laser Design Creations.
From my workshop here near Lismore in beautiful northern NSW, this business started as a personal hobby. I loved designing and making unique items for myself, and it wasn't long before friends and family started asking for their own custom-requested products.
From that simple word-of-mouth, Laser Design Creations grew into the family-owned Australian business you see today.
Our mission stays the same as it was on day one: to add a spark of fun and personality to your everyday life. We're not a big, faceless company. We're a small team that designs and makes every single item to order, just for you.

Quality Materials: Only the good stuff. We use durable 11oz ceramic mugs, tempered glass chopping boards, neoprene coasters, and quality acrylics.

Lightning-Fast Dispatch: Orders are made and shipped within 24–48 hours on weekdays, direct from our Aussie workshop.

If you’re needing to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can return your product for exchange, or a refund to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund Conditions for 'change of mind' or 'incorrect item' purchases -
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Typically within 3-5 business days but may vary dependent on your original payment method).
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.You (the customer) are required to use a trackable postage/shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it's lost in return transit & a trackable postage service isn't used. A refund can not be issued if the return item isn't received & trackable postage service isn't used.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or financial institution the initial payment was made thru, it may take some time before your refund is officially received. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@laserdesigncreations.com.au.
