Our Story: From a Personal Hobby to Your Perfect Gift
Hi, I'm Josh, the founder and creator behind Laser Design Creations.
From my workshop here near Lismore in beautiful northern NSW, this business started as a personal hobby. I loved designing and making unique items for myself, and it wasn't long before friends and family started asking for their own custom-requested products.
From that simple word-of-mouth, Laser Design Creations grew into the family-owned Australian business you see today.
Our mission stays the same as it was on day one: to add a spark of fun and personality to your everyday life. We're not a big, faceless company. We're a small team that designs and makes every single item to order, just for you.
Unique Aussie Designs: Discover best-selling horse themes, Staffy dog art, and witty quotes you won’t find elsewhere.
Quality Materials: Only the good stuff. We use durable 11oz ceramic mugs, tempered glass chopping boards, neoprene coasters, and quality acrylics.
Personal Touches: Many products can be personalised for a truly one-of-a-kind gift.
Lightning-Fast Dispatch: Orders are made and shipped within 24–48 hours on weekdays, direct from our Aussie workshop.
Customer Satisfaction: We're built on friendly service and stand by our products. We're proud of our quality and know you'll love it too.
If you’re needing to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can return your product for exchange, or a refund to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please Note -

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You (the customer) are required to use a trackable postage/shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
